Applicants who are unsuccessful in the draw shall be entitled to a refund of the entire registration amount. Such applicants shall be required to furnish their bank account details in the prescribed refund form provided after the draw. The refund shall be processed within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the duly completed refund form.
Applicants may cancel their registration anytime before the draw. Any cancellation or withdrawal by an applicant declared successful in the draw shall result in forfeiture of the registration amount, and no refund shall be payable.
