2. Submission of this registration form only constitutes an expression of interest and
does not create any right to allotment.
3. The Applicant confirms that they satisfy all eligibility criteria prescribed under
applicable laws.
4. The Applicant agrees to furnish all documents, declarations, and information as may
be required by the Developer and/or competent authority.
5. Any misrepresentation, suppression of facts, or submission of incorrect information shall render the Application liable to rejection or cancellation at any stage.
The Applicant shall pay a sum of INR 21,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Only) ( “Registration Amount” ) through approved banking channels only.
7. The Developer or any other entity operating under the brand “Shubhashray” does not accept cash payments under any circumstances. All payments must be made through banking channels only. Any demand for cash must be mandatorily reported at 9266626166.
8. Allotment of units shall be carried out through a draw of lots/lottery system.
9. The Applicant hereby expressly consents to the Developer sharing their personal details, including name, contact information, and address, with authorised third-party agents for purposes related to the Project and associated services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event the Applicant cancels the application prior to the draw of lots, the registration amount shall be refunded in full. In case the Applicant is not successful in the draw, the registration amount shall be refunded in full. However, where the Applicant is declared successful in the draw and thereafter cancels or fails to proceed with the booking, the registration amount shall stand forfeited, and no refund shall be payable.
