4. Submission of this registration form only constitutes an expression of interest and
does not create any right to allotment.
5. The Applicant confirms that they satisfy all eligibility criteria prescribed under
applicable laws.
6. The Applicant agrees to furnish all documents, declarations, and information as may
be required by the Developer and/or competent authority.
7. The Developer or any other entity operating under the brand “Shubhashray” does not accept cash payments under any circumstances. All payments must be made through banking channels only. Any demand for cash must be mandatorily reported at 9266626166.
8. The Applicant shall pay a sum of INR 21,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty-One
Thousand Only) (“Registration Amount”) through approved banking channels only.
9. The Developer does not accept cash payments under any circumstances. All payments
shall be made only through recognised banking channels in favour of the Developer
or its authorised entity.
10. Allotment of units shall be carried out through a draw of lots/lottery system.
11. The Applicant consents to collection and sharing of personal information with
authorised parties for processing the application, in accordance with the Privacy
Policy.
12. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall
have exclusive jurisdiction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event the Applicant cancels the application prior to the draw of lots, the
registration amount shall be refunded in full. In
case the Applicant is not successful in the draw, the registration amount shall be
refunded. However, where the Applicant is declared successful in the draw and
thereafter cancels or fails to proceed with the booking, the registration amount shall
stand forfeited, and no refund shall be payable.
